Skis and all other hire equipment (including ski clothing) are available throughout Aspen. We assist and advise all guests that need to hire skis and other equipment. and we work with a number of retail outlets in Aspen and can highly recommend that you visit our main partner Aspen Sports when in resort for the exclusive deals and excellent service

How much instruction and guiding can I expect?
The easy answer is as much or as little as you like. We initially divide groups by ability, speed and daring but you can opt to get more focused attention from our highly skilled and qualified on-snow team. We also provide video analysis sessions and can offer a special rate for one-on-one private lessons with our ski instructing team.

I’m a single traveller; are your trips suitable for me?
Yes of course. a large number of our guests are single travellers couples and groups. We also get families travelling with us. View our packages page for info on all of our available 2017 packages.

How many guests travel with you?
This varies slightly depending on the time of the season that you book with us. You can expect an average of 18 people per package. Sometimes it’s more, occasionally it’s less. Our guest to instructor ratios are the best in the business and a big reason our guests keep returning. We say it’s up to 6 guests to 1 instructor, but most of the time it’s less.

Do I need insurance and what type of cover should I get?
All guests are required to be insured for skiing/snowboarding before they can participate on our Aspen packages and our staff will verify your proof of insurance before our on-snow program begins. Most travel insurance policies cover skiing but you’ll need to double check the length of cover and if you are ablate ski off-piste.

How cold does Aspen get?
During January and February you could expect temperatures to be between minus 5 to minus 10 degrees celsius. That said,Aspen gets a very ‘dry’ cold in Colorado and it actually feels quiet pleasant even if the mercury dips into this range. Occasionally days in January can reach the minus 18 to minus 20 mark, but these are really infrequent and we’d expect to have maybe one very cold day per package.
